- Business Management - Running a product portfolio requires the true leaders to accept responsibility for the success of their product components. This course identifies and practices the skills required to manage the broad range of transaction banking products. The program teaches an approach to run the product portfolio as a ‘mini-CEO. By completing the course, participants will be better positioned to maximise the potential of their product family.
